Refund Policy

More than 5 days prior to arrival: Full refund, minus any processing fees charged by the booking platform.

5 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.

Less than 3 days prior to arrival: No refund.

Exceptions:

If we are unable to accommodate you due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., damage to the property, natural disaster), you will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel due to an extenuating circumstance, such as a medical emergency or family death, we will work with you to find a solution that is fair to both parties.

Changes to your reservation:

We are happy to accommodate changes to your reservation dates or number of guests, subject to availability and potential adjustments to the total cost.

Any changes made within 5 days of arrival may be subject to additional fees.

Please note: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time if we believe you have violated our terms of use or pose a threat to our property or other guests.
